 Practice
sessions are designed for those students who have studied Fletcher
Pilates for over 1 year and have a solid foundation of technique.
With an intense focus on concentration, control and flowing
motion, these sessions require that the student embody the endurance
needed to work through an advanced series of exercises. If
foundation sessions are where transformation begins, practice sessions
continue the journey to new strengths and accomplishments within the
Fletcher Pilates syllabus.
Fletcher Pilates Quartet Practice 1 A
fast-paced intermediate class rotating on a weekly basis between
Reformer,
Wunda Chair, and Cadillac. Designed to challenge the Foundation
level skills with emphasis on technique, participants will be
lead through a series of intermediate exercises to promote endurance,
strength and of course- flexibility. Consistent attendance
is recommended for progression in any exercise program. *Pre-requisite - Completion of 5 private sessions
Practice Rotating
on a weekly basis between Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac
syllabi, these classes are designed for those students who
have completed the intense physical conditioning program of Foundation
classes and/or have more than one year experience of another lineage of
the Pilates work. Each session will follow a
series of advanced exercises to promote
endurance,
strength and of course- flexibility. Because of the level of
practice needed from each student to ensure safety and progression
through the work, Practice sessions are enrolled by invitation
only. *Pre-requisite - Teachers permission required.
