
Jenna Wilayto, Director, Qualified Fletcher Pilates® Teacher, Fletcher Faculty, PMA Certified
Jenna Wilayto is a Qualified
Pilates Teacher through both Movement Education LLC and Fletcher
Pilates, International. Jenna is also a Faculty Member and
international presenter for Fletcher Pilates, Inc. Jenna
first introduced Fletcher Pilates® to Chicago as the Pilates
Coordinator at FFC Union Station. After enjoying 4 years of service for
FFC clubs, Jenna decided to flex her entrepreneurial muscles by opening
her own dedicated Fletcher Pilates Studio, Helios Center for Movement.
Specializing in teaching
the vast repetoire of Fletcher Pilates® to both students and future
teachers of this work, Jenna uses an innovative approach to teaching
that celebrates the individual experience of each student. An ecclectic
background of experience in professional dance, personal training and
therapeutic movement helps Jenna's students understand how best to work
with
their body to encourage positive change. This past year, Jenna
was honored to mentor and graduate the first class of Fletcher Pilates®
Qualified Teachers in Illinois. In 2009, she hopes to help
inspire a new
generation of teachers who share her joy, gratitude and love for the
Fletcher Pilates® work.

Karen Tovar, Certified Pilates Instructor Karen's
love of movement began at the age of 3 with a pair of red patent
leather shoes. She has studied all forms of dance and most recently
performed with the Bruce Wood Dance company in Fort Worth, Texas for 8
years. Karen earned a BFA in Dance from Wright State University and
discovered Pilates while rehabbing a broken foot. She received
her Pilates certification through the PhysicalMind Institute and
has been teaching Private and Group Pilates classes for over 10
years. Her teaching method focuses on the classical technique
created by Joseph Pilates. Karen is dedicated to challenging and
inspiring her clients toward breakthroughs in their level of health and
fitness. She realized the benefits of Pilates and exercise
through pregnancy and has created a Prenatal Pilates Program at Helios.
She is also the proud mother of Sam Tovar.
Kristine Sanderson, Qualified Fletcher Pilates® Teacher, PMA Member
She first discovered the Pilates Method
at Appalachian State University, where she graduated with a B.S.
in Psychology and a minor in Dance. After quickly falling in love
with the
Pilates practice, she completed her Classical Pilates
Certification at the university. Kristine teaches with a passion
for the Pilates work and incorporates her extensive background in
movement into her sessions, helping her clients gain strength and
mobility. She recieved her Masters in Dance/Movement
Therapy and Counseling and Graduate Laban Certificate in Movement
Analysis at Columbia College Chicago in 2007. Kristine completed
the Ron Fletcher Program of Study teacher training program in 2008 and
is a member of Pilates Method Alliance.

Molly Barnes, Qualified Fletcher Pilates® Teacher, PMA Member Chicago
native Molly Barnes was first introduced to Pilates while in high
school at the Idyllwild Arts Academy in California where she studied
theater and dance. She then went on to earn her BFA in Acting from
Otterbein College in Columbus, Ohio. Before returning to Chicago in
2005 Molly worked in theater, film, and the make-up industries with
stints in London and Hollywood. Molly completed the Ron Fletcher
Program of Study teacher training here at Helios Center for Movement
during 2007/2008 and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Her
extreme passion for creativity and expression fuels her study of
Fletcher Pilates. An energetic teacher, Molly brings a sense of humor
and challenge to her lessons. She lives in the Ukrainian Village with
her fiance Jeremy, and their rescue labrador, Mona.

Jill Motal, Qualified Fletcher Pilates® Teacher, PMA Member Movement has brought joy to Jill’s life in many widely
varied ways. Whether it was practicing gymnastics and trampoline
tricks, perfecting her volleyball serve or running hurdles, she was always
working to stretch further, jump higher or run faster. As a multi-sport athlete throughout high
school and college, Jill gained a deeper understanding and passion for muscular
and cardiovascular training. Upon graduating from Indiana University,
Jill was commissioned an officer in the United States Air Force. As a military physical fitness officer, she managed
exercise and nutrition programs for personnel in her unit as well as led
Spinning and athletic training classes at the base gym. Jill holds fitness certifications from AFAA, Madd
Dogg Spinning and the Nautilus Fitness Institute. She discovered Pilates in 2001 as a complement
to athletic conditioning and was amazed at the body awareness and control
possible with Pilates practice. She
began studying with Jenna at Helios in 2005 and completed the Ron Fletcher
Comprehensive Program of Study in 2008.
She is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance and has had the
tremendous opportunity to practice with Ron Fletcher Program master teacher
Diane Severino and Mr. Ron Fletcher himself. She currently lives in Chicago with her husband
Christopher and their dog, Ivy.
